20-point-roof-inspection with gutter cleaning

  We recommend having your roof inspected and gutters cleaned twice per year. in spring and again in fall, to catch potential problems before it's too late. We'll examine your roofing system, flashings, water drainage systems, including, critical leak areas, chimney caps, pipe collars, skylights, sun tunnels, ridge vents, soffits, and clean your gutters to ensure everything is working properly. You'll receive a written report and picture outlining the condition of your roof and any repairs that may be needed.

  To emphasize: We are not in the business of “selling” you on roofing services that you really don’t need. If your roof is fine, we will tell you so. If it needs repair or replacement today or in the future, we will tell you that, as well.

  The only thing we ask you to understand is that our roof inspection service is in keeping with our policy of free estimates. We only provide repair or replacement services following approval of an estimate.

   Most often, homeowners only pay attention to their roof if there’s water leaking into the house, if they notice brown stains on the ceiling, or if there’s cracked paint or peeling wallpaper – all obvious signs of a leak.

   But roofs can leak for 2 to 4 years before you see evidence on the inside of the house. By this time, the leak may have caused dry rot, fungus and insulation damage – and the need for major repairs or even a completely new roof.
